RENTAL TERMS
The terms and conditions for hiring a vehicle with Two Bros Car Rental LLC can be found below. Two Bros Car Rental LLC advises all customers to read all terms and conditions before the signing of the contract. By signing the contract, the Hirer agrees to all stipulated terms and conditions; such terms and conditions have to be adhered to by the Hirer or can be subject to Fines and Penalties in accordance to the terms and conditions and the Rules of the UAE.

Hirer follow and execute all terms and conditions mentioned in this contract between Two Bros Car Rental LLC (owner) and Hirer.
A. Obligations of the Hirer
  1. The Hirer agrees to take good care and use the car properly.
  2. The Hirer agrees that he shall pay up to 3000 AED (depending on the type of the car) as deposit at the time of hiring the car.
  3. Rental charges should be paid in advance unless there is previous Agreement between the Parties.
  4. The Hirer shall be responsible for correctness of all data and information relating thereto contained in the contract without any liability to the Owner.
  5. In case of renting through any third-party e-commerce websites; all dues must be paid in full and prior to the signing of the agreement.
  6. The Hirer shall pay the full rental fee, pay the value of the traffic violations if any, and pay the value of the SALIK/DARB (toll road) gate and any damages to the car during the rental period.
  7. The Hirer shall pay parking charges as applicable.
  8. The Hirer must pay AED 4/- for each SALIK/DARB (toll road) gate he uses.
  9. Upon incurring traffic fines from UAE authorities, The Hirer is obligated to pay the fine amount + 20 AED knowledge and innovation fee (Police charge).
  10. The Hirer shall drive, use and maintain the car in accordance with the rules and customs followed in this regard, and in accordance with the terms of this contract and in accordance with the RTA rules and Laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  11. The Hirer shall bear all damages and liabilities arising from the breach of this Agreement and UAE driving rules and the Owner shall not be under any liability or responsibility for any violations by the Hirer.
  12. If the Hirer loses or damages the key, the Hirer shall pay a penalty of up to 5.000 AED subject to the make and model of the vehicle. The Hirer is liable to pay for the rental days lost as a result of damage/loss of the key.
  13. The Hirer undertakes to keep sufficient oil and water in the car during use.
  14. The Hirer must do oil change and do other services which are required on an immediate basis or the Owner's staff can pick-up the car and return it once the service is done. Any repair/service done by the Hirer without the company's approval shall not be honored and refunded and the Hirer shall be responsible to pay charges for any changes or damages done during the repair/service.
  15. The Hirer understands that the car is for use within the United Arab Emirates only and cannot be taken to the borders or to any of the neighboring countries. If the car is taken out of the UAE borders, then the Hirer shall return it immediately and bear all return expenses in addition to a penalty of AED 50,000/-. If such a situation arises the Rental Agreement shall be canceled by the Owner.
  16. If the car is taken to dangerous areas like mountains, off-roads, desert areas, prohibited areas and if the Hirer or any third party participates in any racing/drifting events with the Owner's car, the Hirer shall be subject to a penalty of AED 20,000/-
  17. In case of renting the car for business purposes, the rental agreement amount must be paid in full prior to the signing of the Agreement.
  18. The insurance company does not cover any damages or accidents resulting from the use of the car outside the asphalt road (Asphalt). All damages + rental days must be paid as a result of use outside Asphalted road. In case of total loss as a result of use outside of asphalted road the Hirer must pay total value of car + 30 days rental cost.
  19. What you take, what you return policy applies on fuel. If fuel level was not the same at the time of car return, then charges may apply. No refund will be given for fuel costs in case the car was taken with low fuel and was returned with full fuel.
  20. If an accident happens while the Hirer is under the influence of alcohol/drugs, the Hirer shall be responsible for all the damages occurred, including all legal penalties by the authorities as well as the rental charges during the period of repair.
  21. The Hirer shall be responsible to pay the full amount of the repairs as well as the daily rental of the car if it is stopped because of damage or loss caused by his carelessness or negligence.
  22. The Hirer is responsible for all mechanical damages on the vehicle resulting from misuse and/or negligence. Insurance will not provide coverage for any mechanical damages and the Hirer is responsible to pay for all damages and loss of rental days.
  23. In case of any accident minor/major, an accident report from police is mandatory. All accidents minor or major shall be reported to Police.
  24. In case of any accident wherein the Hirer is at fault, the Hirer shall be liable to pay all the accident related penalties and expenses by the UAE authorities.
  25. In case the accident happened not due to the fault of the Hirer, then no insurance access fee will apply as long as a valid Accident Police Report is produced by the Hirer. If the Hirer fails to produce the police report then the Hirer shall pay for the Accident repair charges in full as well as the rental charges until the period of repair.
  26. The Hirer shall make sure that the car is parked in a safe place and not prone to any danger. If a vehicle is damaged because of these circumstances, the Hirer will be responsible to pay the full applicable amount for the repairs as insurance cover does not apply in such situations.
  27. The Hirer must ensure that the Tires and Rims of the car are not damaged. In case of damage to either one, the Hirer bears full responsibility for the replacement/repair of these parts.
  28. The Hirer must not exceed 160 km/h on the roads of UAE. The Hirer may be subject to penalties from the rental company. The Hirer will receive 2 warnings by Two Bros Car Rental and on the 3rd warning Two Bros Car Rental holds the right to issue a 300 AED fine for every time the speed limit of 160 km/h is exceeded.
  29. In case of an accident in which the Hirer is at fault (receives the red paper from Dubai Police). The Hirer is liable to pay the insurance excess up to 5000 AED (depending on the type of the car) and 20% of the accident repair valuation as compensation to Two Bros Car Rental and rental days lost. In case of no police report the Hirer will be liable to pay the full cost of damage.
  30. Two Bros Car Rental is not liable for any property, loss of life or public property damage due to the negligence of the driver.
  31. Any damage (tear, removal, cut, etc.) to the Wrap/PPF would result in the Hirer paying the complete cost of its replacement and rental days lost.
  32. Any damage to the rim protector(s) will result to Hirer paying replacement for full set along with repairs to rim damage
  33. Any damage to tires will result in Hirer paying for replacement of tires in pairs.
  34. Hirer shall be responsible for any complaints from official authorities regarding the car that occurs within the Hiring period.
  35. Hirer shall be solely responsible, if the car is used for transportation of forbidden or illegal items as per UAE which includes carrying alcohol and drugs, during driving or driving after consumption of alcohol or drugs. If caught, the Hirer shall bear all applicable penalties and fines until settlement is done between the Hirer and the Owner. The Hirer shall indemnify the Owner from any risk that occurs due to such acts of the Hirer.
  36. The Hirer shall not use the car for towing of other cars, if any damage occurs to the car, the Hirer shall bear full responsibility.
  37. The Hirer pledges that the person driving the car is licensed to drive in the UAE and he shall be responsible for the consequences if the laws are violated.
  38. The Hirer can drive a maximum 250 km per day, 1500 km weekly and 5000 km monthly. Excess charges of AED 1 - AED 5 per kilometer shall apply upon exceeding this limit depending on the car type.
  39. The Hirer shall not move or remove the Salik tag and if found so, a penalty of AED 500 shall be payable by the Hirer to the Owner.
  40. In case of early cancellation of Agreement by the Hirer, there will be no refunds applicable unless due to mechanical fault NOT caused by The Hirer. In case of early return, the security deposit will be refunded 14 business days after the return date mentioned on the rental agreement.
  41. In case of total loss of the car, the Hirer shall pay the insurance excess up to 5000 AED (depending on the type of the car) + 20% of value of car + 30 days rental cost.
  42. Only the Hirer of the car, as per the rental agreement is permitted to drive the rental vehicle. If any other individual is found driving the vehicle, without a rental agreement under his or her name; can result in a penalty of up to 50,000 AED. Furthermore in case of any accident or total loss, the Hirer as per the rental Agreement will be liable to pay the full cost of the car along with facing legal action if necessary.
  43. The Extension of a hire must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Confirmation of such extension is subject to approval of the Owner and upon the payment of advance rental amount and additional deposit if required.
  44. One-day hire means 24 hours and extra hours will be calculated as full day.
  45. The Hirer shall inform the Owner and the police immediately after any traffic accident or car damage and obtain an official report and submit it to the Owner. It is not permissible for the Hirer to repair the car by themselves without consulting the Owner. If it is proved that the Hirer has repaired the car without notifying the Owner, the Hirer shall pay a penalty of up to AED 20,000/-.
  46. The Hirer shall bear the value of repairing the car or the value of the car in case of total loss if the insurance company refuses to bear it due to violation of the insurance conditions.
  47. In case of car retention/impound by any official authorities within and outside the UAE. The Hirer is obliged to release the car and pay all the related fines, fees, expenses and damages that may occur as well as the daily rental value until it is returned to the Owner.
  48. The Hirer is obliged to pay all applicable charges, VAT and all obligations incurred upon returning the car or immediately upon the Owners claim without delay.
  49. All the conditions that apply to the Hirer shall apply to the driver of the Vehicle.
  50. The Hirer must not tamper with the GPS device and if found tampering with the GPS device, a penalty of AED 10,000/- will be applied.
  51. In case of any mechanical damages that occur to the car, the Hirer should stop the car and inform the Owner immediately.
  52. All Two Bros Car Rental vehicles are non-smoking, if the Hirer smokes in the vehicle; a 1000 AED cleaning charge will be applied.
  53. The Hirer should not sub-hire the car or use it for commercial purposes (private passenger transport).
  54. The Hirer must return the car in clean condition, otherwise AED up to 100.00 will be charged towards cleaning.
  55. The Hirer must return the car to the Owner's staff. In case of non-compliance, the Hirer shall bear all transportation charges and any associated traffic fines from the parked location.
  56. The Hirer should ensure that the car and all accessories shall be returned in the same condition as it was at the time of initial hire.
B. Obligations of the Owner
  1. The Owner shall deliver the car to the Hirer in good condition.
  2. The Owner has the right to exercise legal action against the Hirer if the agreement conditions are violated.
  3. The Owner shall have all rights to charge the Hirer for all traffic violations, fines and fees.
  4. The Owner may remotely control the car and prevent its operation in case of any payment obligations (non-payment/dispute) or violations of the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement remains valid until the car is delivered to Two Bros Car Rental.
  5. The Owner has the right to terminate the Agreement and retrieve the car from the Hirer at any time at its own discretion without any particular reason.
  6. A Security Deposit amount will be charged from the card of the Hirer or as cash which will be returned after 14 business days upon the end of the hire period, and if there are no fines/penalties or any other extra charges that amount will be deducted from the deposit or blocked amount.
C. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
In case of any dispute between the Parties, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The Courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates shall be competent to hear any dispute arising out of or from this Agreement.
