By signing the contract, the Hirer agrees to all stipulated terms and conditions; such terms and conditions have to be adhered to by the Hirer or can be subject to Fines and Penalties in accordance to the terms and conditions and the Rules of the UAE.

Hirer follow and execute all terms and conditions mentioned in this contract between Two Bros Car Rental LLC (owner) and Hirer.
A. Obligations of the Hirer
Payment & Deposit
  1. All rental charges must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed between the Parties. In case of renting through third-party e-commerce websites or for business purposes, all dues must be paid in full prior to the signing of this Agreement.
  2. The Hirer shall pay a refundable security deposit of AED 2,000 at the time of hiring. The deposit will be returned after deducting any outstanding charges, fines or damages if applicable. A non-refundable no-deposit option of AED 200 is available for long-term rentals (2 weeks or more). Under the no-deposit option, the Hirer must pay all fines and outstanding charges within 2 business days upon the Owner’s request. Failure to do so gives the Owner the right to immobilize or repossess the vehicle until full payment is made.
  3. The Hirer shall pay the full rental fee, all traffic fines (plus AED 20 knowledge and innovation fee per fine where applicable in Dubai), all SALIK/DARB toll charges as per the Owner’s toll reports for the rental period, parking charges, and any damage costs that fall below the insurance excess amount or arise due to the absence of a valid police report. In case of overdue rental payments, the Owner reserves the right to immobilize or repossess the vehicle until full payment is made.
  4. The Hirer shall pay all applicable charges, VAT and outstanding obligations upon returning the car or immediately upon the Owner’s request.
Rental Period & Mileage
  1. One rental day equals 24 hours, one month equals 30 days; any extra hours will be charged as a full day. Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, the return time shall be the same as the delivery time. Extension requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to the Owner’s approval and advance payment of rental and additional deposit if required.
  2. Mileage is limited to 250 km/day, 1,500 km/week and 5,000 km/month. Excess mileage is charged at AED 3 per km.
  3. Early cancellation by the Hirer is non-refundable unless caused by a mechanical fault not attributable to the Hirer. Security deposits are refunded within 7 business days after the return date.
Rules of Use
  1. The Hirer agrees to take proper care of the car and maintain sufficient oil and water levels during use.
  2. The Hirer shall drive, use and maintain the car in accordance with this Agreement, RTA rules and the Laws of the United Arab Emirates. The Hirer bears all damages and liabilities arising from any breach, and the Owner shall not be liable for any violations by the Hirer.
  3. The Hirer is responsible for the accuracy and validity of all personal data, documents and information provided in this Agreement.
  4. Only the Hirer and any additional driver listed in this Agreement are permitted to drive the vehicle. All drivers must be at least 23 years of age and hold a valid UAE driving license. All terms of this Agreement apply equally to any authorized driver.

Any service performed without the Owner’s prior approval shall not be refunded and the Hirer shall pay for any resulting damages.
  6. The Hirer must return the car with the same fuel level as at the time of pick-up. Charges may apply for any difference. No refund will be given for excess fuel returned.
  7. The Hirer consents to the collection, storage and processing of personal data and documents (including copies of passport, ID and driving license) by Two Bros Car Rental for the purposes of this Agreement and in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on Personal Data Protection.
